Its a mix of an fps drop and animations being very slow. Literally everything in the phone transitions and runs slow. Even locking the phone does a very slow animation of the tv effect. This all keeps going until i reboot.
I don't know what causes it at all it happens randomly on all different apps, even homescreen, and it started first when i was watching a youtube video
