It came down off full quickly. Then stayed at 2/3 until the battery fell to 40%

It's known issue on every leak lower than .84

I'm on stock .181 and have haven't had the phone 2 weeks yet. I also have other responsibilities, so I can't play with it 24/7

I have noticed this on my stock rooted. 181 also. Doesnt happen all the time but does every once in awhile. My phone lil over a week old.
