HUGE warning to all who even consider this update. Like the 6.14.84.85 updates that have people stuck on them, this update will leave you stranded with no hope of ever going to gingerbread again. Those evil and sad words aside...
Download Link:
Has the crc and the zip in that folder.
This is to be applied over 6.12.181 if you dare...
If you are really brave you are on your own and this is in no way my responsibility if you choose to flash this.
I am rooted using the same method we use to root 6.16.206
Unstuck tool has been updated for 6.16.208 as well:

I understand, but someone has it installed besides me right now. I was just wondering whats different. I know the big thing about .206 was the Global.

I have it installed but I can't feasibly go through everything and remember how different it is from 206... It's kind of a ridiculous quest to send someone on.I understand, but someone has it installed besides me right now. I was just wondering whats different. There are plenty of threads about ICS bugs and features already. Asking people to post everything about a leak that JUST came out isn't gonna help that process. Just chill for a couple days and people will naturally post their findings as they notice stuff.

Isn't that the kind of quest you like to venture on?

Anyone know how to go from .206 to .208 would like to try it out if there is a safe way to flash.
That's a warning for those of us that aren't already on ICS. GB people should be wary of giving up their fastbootingHere is a question coming from a noob. If starting with 84 there was no way to go back to Gingerbread and that stayed with every single new leak then it is obviously that the final OTA would be the same. If this is true then why to be afraid to go to this 208? You won't be able to do that anyways after the official ICS OTA is out. The upgrade method is the same (kind of) with the official method. It seems that it's been decided like this. Gingerbread is gone after ICS is out. We do have a rooting method and we can do nands so what's the problem?
What's your point on this guys?
