Looking to see if I can get my razr out of a boot loop after a factory reset. I'm not real good at this stuff, so all the help I can get would be great.
Stock Razr stuck in a boot loop.

To start, it is stock. It was turning on and off by itself the other day, and me having no tech type skills I called Verizon tech support. They walked me through a factory reset. Now the phone boots up and gets to the page that asks what language. Then if I push the start button it will start to load and then reboot and start all over. If I do not push the start button it will just continue to reboot over and over.

Sound like corrupted software ...... thus utility will wipe your phone and reinstall JB ..... just make sure you are fully charged before using the utility..... if you have ANY questions or doubts, please feel free to ask prior to running utility

Downloading the file now. I'll give it a shot later and let you know how it works out. It looks like it is pretty straight forward.
