I have been plagued by this problem since I bought this phone. Music Playback stutters. It doesn't matter the app, it could be pandora, google music, or amazon. I am listening to the song and it stutters for a brief second and smooths out again. I have pretty much tracked this down to whenever the screen turns on and off, when it does ANY background data, or if I am driving and it switches cell towers, or from lte to 3g.
It is really annoying and my last samsung phone did this as well. I have debloated the phone with app quarantine, setup a 500mb swap file, tried different file formats, and I am stuck. My countless searches have turned up nothing.
Does anyone know how to fix this? I would be willing to try a new custom rom (I don't care which one) but I saw there are unresolved bluetooth issues.
