To those attacking me I will say just this: I was (and still am in some cases) a noob. And I had at least a little bit of respect to the forum and etiquette to understand that forums are already full of needless "how do I turn on my phone threads". With that being said, when I decided to really break into my phone I read and read and read and read. I used patience, intelligence and research to learn how to go about doing things to my phone that I wanted to do. And when i had exhaustd every avenue of my research only then did i put up a post. So I will say only this, if the management of this forum are ok with this place being FULL OF THREADS made by people who don't At A Minimum search or google for the answers of the most basic of questions then maybe you're right, this isn't the place for me. Maybe xda, where they don't put up with that bull$!#7 is the place to go. Do not get me wrong, I put in my time in chat and on these very forums trying to help out the folks who WANT TO HELP THEMSELVES but i am not gonna sit around and shovel through heaps of $!#7 posts made by people who refuse to take the minimum time to even do a basic read through of the forums or search. It's a slap in the face of people like myself and others before me who put in the effort to try to learn. I'm done, if management or anyone doesn't like how I feel about it then I will go from contributor to spectator and just be another leech.

And you know what, Hicks, before you were a moderator you were gum on the admins shoes who wasnt allowed to post the .84 leak. And thank god cause they took the heat for that faux pas. And when you were ready to walk out if here, I had your back. But now that you wear that moderator badge, you've changed. Sad

From someone who couldn't get to the door fast enough, those are some harsh words. Is what you're saying the consensus of this forum, as a representative, or your personal opinion?

Don't get me wrong, I love helping a noob, and I have many times. But I prefer to help those who want to help themselves and not those who pollute these forums with needless posts. Isn't it your job now to purge these BS topics and point people in the proper direction so we aren't riddled with needless threads with questions that have been answered 1000 times? That's your "job", not mine. I'm just here to help, I'm not an employee, it's not really my department.
