Alright, basically verizon stiffed me with some extra $ on my bill and I no longer could afford to pay the $57 a month, deal with their constant mewling of being late on payments by 5 days when I don't get my paycheck until a week later and once they double charged a re-activation fee, which they took care of but I'm still looking at a hefty bill of some odd $115 so instead I went incognito. I rooted the pesky little guy, downloaded pingr/textfree which now I can freely text but this is limited only when I have wifi access. A lot of places offer free wifi, but the signal is often weak when I am around town so right now I'm debating on these things and hoping someone more versed in such may be able to advise me, oh I also did the entitlement hack.

Wifi booster?
Use a gophone sim? (Imho $20 is a lot easier to swallow than $57 a month)

Basically what I want to do is be able to text, use gps, surf the web and be able to reverse tether (androidtools This much I know but haven't got to yet. So many projects..). I've been getting errors saying that my app could not open a link, some it works very very few but often many won't such as facebook. So any advice would be appreciated in regards. Also would be bomb if someone knew a legit app that actually could show you where a wifi signal is originating from so I won't have to run in circles all over the place staring at the strength hoping it bounces up. Thanks mucho~
