Well after playing with the settings that wouldnt stick, a reboot now shows it disabled. Go figure.....

I turned it on a few days ago and hate it and now want to disable it but the slider just goes to OFF and then immediately jumps back to on.
Its probably a setting somewhere else that I am overlooking but any thoughts might be helpful....
I am using AviatorCM for my ROM, so maybe this is a CM type of bug, but not sure

Before the Reboot I also disabled Profiles, then rebooted. I vaguely recall another post somewhere saying something about the Profile so figured it couldnt hurt.
Heres another damn oddity, after the reboot, my phone doesnt see the ringtones I have on my sdcard anymore. Not a real big deal, but I may switch back to a more normal acting ROM.....CM still doesnt seem bulletproof.
