Be patient and wait. The tools you need are always released fairly quickly.

And change the title since you aren't providing the tool...

Really shouldn't need a separate tool. Its the same exact process! If you need the tool to do the fast boot flash for you. Make a separate directory for 210.. unzip another copy of the tool. Within the "files" folder rename the boot210.img to boot209.img replacing the 209 of coarse. Whalah! You have a 210 unstuck tool...
