I have a Motorola Razr Maxx LE that wont boot past the welcome screen and reboots after a few minutes on its own..
i have tried RSDlite...no go
I have tried matts utility..no go
been done and tried atleast 3 times
need more info ask but

If the flashing was successful and you are still having the issue it is most likely hardware.
