I tried all the exploits for Moto ICS and JB phones. All of em were no go.

Am I meant to put this file on my Android (Internal Storage) or keep it on my Windows PC Desktop?

Put it on your desktop , unzip it then open in up and run the .bat file with your phone connected. Make sure USB debugging is enabled and allow 3rd party applications .
