I Google it and nothing specifically for the xt907 comes up. Looking for an app that actually works or how to change phone settings. Or a flashable mod.

You can overclock your processor speed on the droid razr m with a rooted device... you will need a custom kernal overclocking may or may not help your fps, if it does then Great! let me know another idea to throw out would be flash a very snappy optimized ROM such as a stable verson of Cyanogenmod 10 (: keep me updated

Tried over clocking and didn't seem to help. Haven't had s chance to do any gaming yet on a 4.3 ROM but will give it some time so I don't get a placebo effect.

Ive actually found that 4.3 is alot glitchier than 4.2.2 i tend to move towards 4.2.2 for now if you want a much faster performance due to alot of non optimization on 4.3... hopefully alot of bugs will be fixed in 4.3.1
