Also i should of said i got 2txts yesterday when i started this thread. But then again we are talking about Motorola! So may never come or will be full of bloatware... Either or, I'm just waiting for gs3 for my last upgrade

I received the msg. Rooted, running 6.14.79. Live in southeast nebraska. got the message morning of the 15th via regular txt.

I am stock rooted. I dont use that im app anyway

verizon claims this is spam. i dont buy it, but they dont know their heads from their hind ends half the time.

well if verizon says they did'nt send i'd like to know who then i got 2 messages on

6/15 first one 12:16 pm and then again 12:30 pm

My wife got a msg on her razr with the same. She is stock not rooted and never uses the IM app. I have gotten nothing at all though.

Probably only going out to people who actually used the VzW IM app.

I believe that is correct. When you open the app it asks you to accept TOS. Unless you accept that, I don't think you would get any messages.
