Me personally I would buy the sandisk brand.... I have several sdcards in various sizes.... and the sandisk has always been good.... but everyone will have a different opinion on which one is the "best" :)

I've used several pny brand my only requirement for myself is getting one with I high read/write rate add the card will inherently be built better and newer phones will gradually be able to take advantage of that.

Draw back the 64gb sandisk card I priced was $119

Bigger is not always better. There is a report somewhere, and it currently eludes me, that shows the life span of sdcards in relation to size. Basically it showed the larger the cards the lower the life span. I personally have lost 4 mSD cards this year all of which were SanDisk Ultras 32 GB. Most of which were less then 4 months old. I have an 8 GB in another device that is probably around 2 years old. From My S4 Dev Edition

I was using a SanDisk Ultra 64GB class 10 card for the last 8 months and it just failed on me last week. SanDisk was very helpful and is replacing it.

I too read that disk failures go up with the size.

Sandisg Ultra 32GB are around 25$ and the 64 is around 50 or so
