So I think I can update in January I know that's a ways off. But if anyone in here could get a new device what would you folks go for?

Honestly if i had an upgrade (i do actually, now that i think about it) i wouldnt use it.  There really isnt a new device that i like enough for me switch.  I wont give up my vzw unlimited data so whatever i get i will be buying outright.  And to be honest, my bionic does everything i need it to do since the KEXEC builds came out, and it runs great with them.  My next phone will most likely be a nexus, just not sure on what carrier.

Going Note 3 or Note 2 off contract.

And switching to some GSM carrier so I can pay 30$/mo instead of the 80/mo I pay now :)

Most ideas are good when you're naked!

Except for ones which don't involve women.

i have multiple lines.. My wife has no use for unlimited data. Verizion allows u to give ur upgrade to any line.. So she upgrades to phone I want, activates, go home and then re activate her old phone so now i can activate her New up grade without losing my unlimited data.. If you have only one line and r due for upgrade simply add a line for $10 a month, get the free phone with it and do the same thing.. Swap ur up grade to new line.. As long as the phone u want is activated under your "dummy" line first u can do the above steps.. Or simply demand to keep ur unlimited data as every other carrier offers unlimited data.. Vz will say they have best coverage blah blah, if they dont want to lose u as a customer u will get to keep it!! ;)

I refuse to reward verizon for being a $#!+ty company. When im done milking this unlimited  and get off this family plan im on i definitly wont be staying with vzw. T-mobile is looking better and better every day, hopefully they get their 4g cranking in my area, also I would consider sprint, but they're also CDMA, so it depends on if they get a nexus this fall/winter.
