Haven't seen this posted yet:
If you don't want 'Guided Tours', 'Device Setup', 'MotoActiv' and other apps from cluttering up your app drawer, simply long-press on the icon and select "hide". Poof, they're gone. And if you want to see them/restore them, just open the app drawer, touch "Settings" and then touch "hidden apps".

I checked on my Bionic and this is not an option on it.
