So, I have a problem. Almost every 5 minutes I get message "Restricted access changed", and phone loses GSM signal. Then it reconnects to the network. And there is no HSDPA mode anymore.
For 1.5 months everything was fine, but after I went to a trip and used phone in roaming mode, this problem appeared. I am using safestrap and two roms, stock and FlyingJelly, the problem occurs on both. Just flashed new modem(using RazrHD-Toolkit-4.0) the problem still here.
Google says, it is rather common problem, but no reasonable solution. I used sim in another MAXX HD running CM10 and it works.
