I don't care if they are GB or ICS roms, I'm just looking for good battery life.

Additionally, what is the difference between KOA CM9 and KOA AOKP, and Full Throttle CM9/AOKP...?

I have heard good things about the battery life on the KOA roms.

I suggest going to one of the leaks and then using Arctic

KOA and Full Throttle are just the name of the ROM. CM9 is based on stability over features. AOKP is more focused on features. I'm running KOA AOKP and its very stable though.

Cm9 performs better then aokp. But battery life suffers also. I use them both and switch between them all the time each have something I like in them
Try them both see what you like.

I would think Arctic or Dualcore would have the best battery life since they are tweaked Blur Roms.

One of the ICS leaks with Arctic or Dualcore would be the two safest bets for stability, speed, and battery life all in one. I'm not familiar with much work from the makers of Singlecore/Dualcore, however Arctic is being put together by devs I personally have a lot of faith in. AOKP and CM9 based ROMs will offer more 'bonus features' and more themes currently. Look at it this way, AOKP/CM9 = thousands of devs building a generic base while the ROMs for the Razr leaks are a few dedicated devs working to make a perfect ROM for only one device.

FYI we don't have custom kernels lol. i did read someone is working on a tool to allow us to flash kernels and bypass the locked bootloader but the project is on hold until the OTA.

Yeah, they had it working, fully operational,(check their twitter, they figured it out) on GSM devices, but they decided not to release due to the OTA coming soon. Darn ICS.
