Droid-Life says Verizon has said that 211 is the official ICS update.

I will believe it when my phone gets the ota update from Verizon. Not going to believe some outside source. Sorry, but its not www.droidrzr.com.

If you look at the link its docs straight from verizon saying that 211 is official

shows it clearly in verizons own documents.. 6.16.211 (which is ".211", since thats what everyone here has been calling it)

For anyone downloading from the links I just noticed that if you have dropbox yourself that you can save it to your dropbox. It may help with the download if dropbox decides to suspend the account now that tons of people know that .211 is official and will start the downloads.

To stop file distribution. The limit is high for normal use but low for stuff like this. It is a way to curve piracy and it saves them money since they pay transfer fees.

It's the day the soaks usually start. The email goes out Saturday and the soak starts Sunday. That's multiple past experiences
