Can anyone zip this up for me and PM it to me? I can't seem to find any online and I'm guessing that's a DMCA issue.

The easiest way would be to grab pretty much any of the stock based ROMs.... in zip it and grab them out of /system/media/audio .... then use a root file explorer (or adb) and put them in yours..... you will need to be rooted to do it :)

In a ROM ?.... they shouldn't be .IMG ..... if you downloaded the fxz, or Matt's utility then they will be..... anyway you can extract the system.IMG with winhex ( if on windows) ... or if on Linux you can use simg2img.....

Winhex is a hex editing tool, not an extraction tool ???

not sure what happened to you but if you plost all your tones after rooting   (I did)  I downloaded a zedge program for tones

then with it installed it gave me the choice to use Zedge tonesor all the old tones like ringtones and such couldn't find em

anywhere but apparently Zedge found them for me .

Roms and such were not available at the time and no one was able to help with a zip back then

also never heard of anyone loosing all their tones except me using matts utility

Do it now you may not be able to later
