I did a fresh install of titanium after deleating all backup history wiping system and sdcard so its like getting it for the first time. Problem is it won't backup at all. Keeps saying backup interrupted insufficient space. I have plenty space av so that's not a problem. I'm running beanstalk 4.3 so perhaps I have to change something in dev options?

could be the location where TiBu is storing the backup.  by default, I think it saves it to the sdcard (internal storage).  so try setting the backup folder to the external storage.

I tried that even copy and pasted the titainium folder to sdcard 1. System search with titanium comes up with no saved data but there really isn't any yet to find just mt folders.

sdcard 1 is still internal storage.  you need to go into TiBu preferences, and set the default folder to external_sd

Figured it out. Went to preferences and backup folder location like always but instead of hitting detect hit the back button. That brings up list of folders. Kept hitting it till I found storage folder and selected that then selected titanium folder. Everything backed up and working now.
