On the galaxy nexus the bottom right button was called the multi task button for ics 4. Is there a way to have that function on the razr with os 4?

Yup. That's pretty standard across all Droids. Sounds like the Nexus did it a little differently as its home key is the middle one by the pictures I've seen.

Yeah, with the Nexus, and presumably all future phones with soft keys, there is a separate button specifically assigned to bringing up recent apps. It was pretty useful, but holding down the home button is just as easy on the RAZR...that is if you have an extra fraction of a second to spare to allow it time to recognize it as a long press.
