I cannot backup my current rom (xenon 4.2) b/c twrp says theres not enough space on my ext card but I have 8gb free.

I then noticed on the twrp backup screen under data that the backup size is 22 GB. Coincidentally, I have about 22 GB of data on my ext card. So it appears that its trying to backup my ext card data on my ext card.

Why is it doing this and how do I fix it?

Did you tell TWRP to backup your external as well?.... I would open TWRP again and double check..... only have it back up system and data :).... before you do tho... open your storage(s) and delete any partial backup it may have tried to create.... and anything else that is not necessary :)

Correction: It actually says 2,195,532 MB under data (i was thinking KB, thats why i thought 22 GB and even then....I would be wrong...lol). So thats like 2000 GB or so....

So.....Im guessing I should reflash recovery or something....

BTW....Im still on TWRP 2.5.0.0

In case anyone in the future runs into a similar problem....I just updated TWRP to the lastest version (2.6.3.0) and all is good in the hood
