Hello Droid Razr Community! So here at droidrzr we try to create an environment that can both grow and be supporting. That being said, we would like to introduce the Razr Rescue Squad, though this team has been around for quite a while, it has not been officially published to the community.

"The Rescue Razr Squad is made up of a group of individuals that dedicate themselves to aiding those in need of assistance on topics regarding modifying droid razrs. The individuals dedicate themselves to becoming familiar with the many techniques to tweaking and restoring their droid razors, and teaching these approaches to others in need. The individuals work on a volunteer basis and will therefore only help when their personal lives permit them too. The Rescue Razr Squad is a team that is present in the Droid Razr community to lend a helping hand to those seeking to learn more about their devices, or simply need assistance."

The Squad members are identifiable by either their member title, profile picture, or their signature. These members will be present around the droidrzr community, (chat, forums) to help out so feel free to ask them for help!
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me or any of our 5 core members,

Gerland, spc_hicks09, HouseMD, lovethelord, and VantenKiest

Two things:
1. Can someone point me to the fix to get back the 3G/4G radio switch? I know I saw it, but cannot find it now (search doesn't like 3 letter words.)
2. Is there a work around for the missing "Charge Only" USB option that has gone missing?

Many Thanks!

1. Download Phone Info from the Play Store. It will give you option choice there.

2. If you're on the OTA, anything but Mass Storage Mode will allow you to flash/root/do whatever it is you need to do.

i'm rooted, and have deleted only the bloatware that when i was unrooted i was allowed to uninstall, will this effect my ability to OTA to ics?

As long as you don't have any custom recoveries you should be fine.

When i try to install it gets part way and the trangle with a exclamation mark and then reboots to gengerbread. I did not remove any blot but did have bootstrap installed. Since i have removed it and other root goodies. Where does the update download getsaved or do you have to download it every time you try to install.

Thanks to a great team

Have you fastbooted since having bootstrap? That's the only way to completely lose trace of it.

The easiest way is to use Matts Utility 1.6 option 1. It'll get you back on. 181 then you can check for software update. That's the most simple way.

The reason you weren't getting it is you have a custom recovery installed and the update wants the stock recovery.
