Does Rage HD work on XT912? From what I've read it can't be uploaded since this phone can't be unlocked. Is there something similar? I'd like something close to stock. Thanks!!

No... rage HD if for the RAZR HD .... however Bloodrage is a stock based ROM for the RAZR xt912 .... (based on ragerom )
