Anyone got the new update yet? I've noticed it comes with a new kernel and new baseband... Yes!

Be advised, it does kill root and there is no going back plus current exploits do not appear to work based on others flashing an unofficial FXZ.

Wonder if root survives with Voodoo...  I'll look before I leap!

I still urge caution.  Even if you preserve root, if you have to FXZ for any reason, you'll lose it permanently until a new exploit is found.

Anyone know if it will be worthwhile/possible to flash the radio from this update (assuming it's new)?

Nope. Once unlocked you can't be re-locked.

Yes.  Use my radio flashing script in the RAZR HD Emporium thread.

so i'm assuming you already have the new radio in your updater file. if not where do i get the new image to replace it?

You assume incorrectly.  You just need to pull the files out of the OTA zip and replace the ones in the radio flash.

You'll have to search for it.  The OTA zips always get posted somewhere.  Maybe someone reading this thread has a copy they can share with you.  I don't own the phone so I don't have it.
