The Good News: IT WORKS! :D
Successfully (and with very little effort) restored to 6.11.744,XT812.Verizon.en.US

Although I did not have to re-setup my phone, and all my apps seem to be in place
It DID remove the root - and took me from 748 to 744
OTA Update works flawlessly (good news for hopeful ICS Soaktesters)
Rerooted, and phone is exactly how it was before I started.

METHOD:

RSD Lite v5.6 - and the combined files in the OP
Loaded the file into RSD Lite v5.6
Booted the phone into AP Fastboot
Hit START on RSD - and let it run its course.

The filesize is over 1GB so I split it to allow non-premium users to continue to download it.

The 2 parts can be joined with HJsplit program attached at the bottom.

Once the 2 parts are joined , the reconstructed .zip file can then be unzipped and flashed with RSD LITE.

These are recovery files, for use with RSD Lite. That means, if we f%$k up badly, we now have a way of getting back to stock. THAT means, if our devs f%$k up, they have a way of getting back to stock. And ALL OF THAT means, we now are going to see a flood of ROMs from all directions!!

Ahh RSD Lite

This is definitely good. Speaking that I seem to have no issue getting into Soak Tests. The last one for 748 was a ROYAL pain due to the rooting process (at least for me).
This is very good news (if it's legit) for the ICS Soak ^_^

I'm sure we will have an answer within the hour considering all these people with soft bricked phones....Verizon would be the wiser to just release it rather than replace phones.

I'm kinda stupid when it comes to decoding the numbers, but this will return you to the 744 Stock, right.
