Got the official Google search update from the play store last night, but when I try to use the launcher that came with it (GEL) it force closed Google search and never opens the launcher. I am on stock 4.1.2 on a RAZR Maxx HD - not rooted. Has anyone else had this problem or better yet has anyone else got around this?

Same here, on the Razr HD. People with other phones on 4.1 are saying that GEL works for them, but I've had no luck on the Razr HD.

I found a site that mentioned toggling the default language under Google settings but that did nothing for me. Please let this post know if you find a fix!
