Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if any of you are getting a really bad lag when using adb. I have the latest drivers and the latest adb files, but all of my commands are taking 1 minute or more to be processed. I am using a factory cable and have tried my ROM and the stock ROM with USB debugging. I have Windows 8 x64.

I'm stumped! Does anyone have any ideas?

I know its been a few days since you posted this... LOL .... but yes, I have been seeing lag when using adb on both my RAZR and my HD ..... on both windows 7 and windows 8. ..... I chalked it up as my slow ass computer just being temperamental........
