Hey everyone,

Just purchased a brand new Maxx and so far, it's great. I currently still own a Rezound and it's the first non-Droid smartphone I've had on Verizon. However, I've owned almost all of the Motorola Android phones Verizon offers, and they've all been great. I recently made the switch because I need a phone that's more durable and much better battery life for my upcoming career. I'll be honest, I do miss the 720p display and the modding capabilities, but I'll get over it. As long as the Maxx runs smooth and fast, that's fine with me. Hope to become a regular around here, I'll be modding my phone whenever I get a chance!

Welcome!

If you like 720p screens the Razr HD should be here sometime in August :)

Wecome to the forums! Regardless of the locked bootloader, I think you'll find we definitely have a lot going on here in the Development community, new ROMs being pushed out almost every 2 or 3 weeks lol, we also just got our ICS Source so things will be picking up here shortly. If you get bored, stop in the chat room, there's usually a lot of people in there acting crazy and we have a lot of fun here. Look forward to seeing you around.
