Flash failed. Can't seen to get it to work. Now every boot it goes into AP fastboot menu. Have to enter main menu and power up from there. Any advice?

The easy answer..... visit Sam's House of Moto here .... .... or use RSDlite to FXZ back to stock.....

We could actually use a bit more info tho..... what did you flash (or attempt to flash) when this happened?..... I'm assuming you are on a RAZR xt ( 912) since that's where you posted....

Tried to do a fresh JB install. Currently on JB and phone was lagging a bit.

What exactly does it say on the AP Fastboot screen? .... there can be many reasons for this to happen...... also... on your computer, what exactly does it say when you tried to flash, what errors are you getting? ...... you said you tried to flash fresh JB .... what exactly did you use to flash, RSDlite, Matt's utility, etc...... finally, what had you done prior to trying to restore stock.......
