I have lot of experience with blackberry bold 9930 a Verizon enterprise and was able to become fully functional including mobile hotspots under the t-mobile US prepaid unlimited plan, but none whatsoever with the DROID RAZR HD, I have downloaded the what I believe are the right apps to root it, feel free to ask me how it went as well as answer any questions with Blackberry OS 7. contact me for an e-mail of the utility file, as the site would not let me upload it.
