Please help me it has been over a day now and my phone has been stucked on the mechanical droid eye aka the red eye when the phone starts up. I've tried wiping the cache and restarted the phone and still no luck. I need some help

If wiping cache/dalvik doesnt work, the only other things to try would be FDR or reflashing
