With about 4-5 hours screen on I usually get 15-18 hours with about 40% left.

If browsing internet on 4g for a long time that would chew up some battery. I had battery drain issues and a reset fixed alot of it.So you think I'm okay, not good though? FYI, I use only data, no wifi at all and am browsing almost constantly.

I also go between 4G and 3G a lot. I think the switching causes the battery to die quicker. Not complaining at all. Just wondering. Thanks for the info guys

I think switching wouldn't matter really with lowering your battery life. If you're constantly on it and surfing, I would say that would be about right for you. 3/11hrs of your battery of screen on time and data. I think you should be okay iDroidGuy

In my experience switching destroys my battery life. I can get through a whole day of work without charging (~8 or 9 hrs) streaming music constantly, some browsing, and a lot of texting, all constant 4G. At home I'm switching btwn 3G and 4G really frequently and can kill my battery in 6 hours, no streaming, some browsing, and some texting.

Oh, I was thinking he was manually switching instead of automatically switching. I use Wi-Fi when I'm at work/home, 3G when I'm just needing updates/emails, and 4G when I need downloads.

Oh yeah...agreed if it's manual shouldn't matter. Turns out the couch in the living room is the borderline btwn 3G and 4G. The chair that's closer to the window is pretty consistent 4G haha. And forgot to mention I'm on a non-Maxx RAZR.

I'm in a good 4g area and just having 4g on always doesn't hurt my battery, at least in my case and everyone's experience is different. What kills battery for me is playing games, browsing the web with dolphin hd is not bad unless I'm posting in forums on it or if web pages are taking some time to load. Texting or occasionally checking in tapatalk or phone call here and there are the only other things I do at work.Oh, I was thinking he was manually switching instead of automatically switching. Even with heavy use I can still get through the day on a single charge on the max and in the end thats all that really counts. Dont really care if it can last two days, I was just testing the limits on the phone, lol.
@idroidguy, i wouldn't worry too much about it. Based on your usage and experience battery looks pretty good.
