All I did was unplug from lapdock 100 without closing it first and I put it in my pocket and it powered down, while it was charging it started turning on and off by itself and the phone status shows unknown for the network, iccid and those in the title. Verizon offered me a new phone contract,,, nice,,,, just throw the phone and lapdock into the garbage was their best advice go figure, they closed their tech department at the store, any ideas thanks in advance

Sounds like something got royally hosed in software. If you can get into fastboot, Matt's utility should be able to get you back up and running. Here's a link to the thread. Link for the utility and instructions can be found there.

Edit. Can't get the url to insert properly, but it's stickied in the Razr development forum. You can at least read the name of the topic in the url.

If they offered you a New Phone and a Contract go for it...

As noted they told you... "Verizon offered me a new phone contract"

wow after everything I did , utilities download, then I went and powered off and you hold down all three switches it calls up the the Boot Mode Selection Menu (displayed in character mode).

Boot Mode Selection Menu
Vol Up Selects, Vol Down Scrolls

I went to Bp Tools and selected that and the moto sign stayed on too long I then hit power button and it turned off when I turned it on it booted all the unknowns , baseband version, meid, imei, iccid, min, prl version, network,

all luck and hitting buttons and reflashing the jellybean software

So BP Tools is just a way to boot into the custom recovery (CWM) via the Boot Mode Selection Menu? I can see where this would prove to be very helpful in the case that CWM won't boot or if Andoid won't boot for some reason
