I mean, does one run short on space with SafeStrap (and a custom ROM installed)?

Since Safestrap keeps your stock partition safe and installs a custom ROM on another partition, does it take more space as compared to Bootstrap?

Most obviously it takes up at least double the space. It has two installed systems, two at any given time. But for the con of taking up space there are many other pros
Ya, like the whole "safe" part of it ;-)
That makes it worth it! I also like that it's boot loop proof...

Try bootstrap though. We have fastboot files now so might as well test it

Bootstrap doesn't play well with the ics roms. I've tried quite a few and always have problems.

I'm not sure, but its possible that ss uses the rom partition for that instead of the other storage. Ss is 2nd init as well, bootstrap isn't... this means roms work on safe strap but not always.on bootstrap. Bootstrap isn't really designed for phones w. Locked bootloaders, people flash kernels w. Roms on unlocked boot loader phones, in general.Since Safestrap keeps your stock partition safe and installs a custom ROM on another partition, does it take more space as compared to Bootstrap?
