Unfortunately it doesn't look like the Droid Ultra will be compatible with StraightTalk in the US. It says StraightTalk works with any DOMESTICALLY unlocked phone (as well as any other cell phone company) and the droid ultra is internationally unlocked but not domestically.

I have an interesting idea that might help you out. What you can do is sell your Droid Ultra on www.swappa.com for over $300 and then buy the Moto X from Republic Wireless for $300 if they have service in your area.

Another option would be to sell droid ultra and then buy a Nexus 5 which has a starting price of $350. (If your ultra is in good condition you could probably sell it for more than that)

Hope this helps!

Also it looks like Motorola is offering a deal. Unlocked Moto X for $150 off full retail price which makes it $350 (same price as nexus 5)
