I'm not rom'd or rooted so I can't test anything and I am depending on testers to play guinea pig for me, so big thanks to idroidguy for putting up his phone and giving me a chance to make it boot loop , lol. Currently this is for the "Relic" bootstrap but had one tester confirm it worked with safestrap. Its your call.

Install instructions
This is for bootstrap!! I had one tester comfirm it worked for safestrap but its your call. If you are going to use bootstrap make sure you remove safestrap and uninstall it before installing razr bootstrap or you will have issues and have to fastboot!!
1.Make sure you on stock ICS 211
2.(Recomended) Make a backup in recovery (always a good ideal before flashing anything) and have enough juice in case something goes wrong
3.Download the theme and place it on your sd-ext (not internal memory)
4.Reboot into recovery with Razr bootstrap
5.select choose zip from sd card and navigate to where theme is
6.select theme and confirm selection again.
7.When theme has finished installing go back and reboot
8.Enjoy!!!
Update 7/26/12- Added revert to stock 211 zip and themed gtalk and gmail. You might have to uninstall updates for gmail.
