Yesterday I painted my Commuter case because, well, It was hot pink. NO, I did not pay for this case, it was given to me. The only complaint was that it wasn't white, so I took care of that easily with some satin finish spray paint in "off white". I figured since I have the white razr, the case should be white. Here are my results!





If you like these I encourage you to do the same, I didn't need to mask anything and applied one coat every 1/2 hour for 3 coats and let it dry overnight. I may sand some and apply another coat, or maybe even a gloss coat, but as of now I'm enjoying it.

There are some decent white TPU/Gel cases on amazon. Casemate pop has a nice white one with a kickstand, too.

I hate Casemate and I ordered one from Amazon but they sent me a RAZR one instead of a Maxx one :/

I am in no way an expert on this, but i have painted an otterbox before. I would suggest using "Krylon Fusion" spray paint. It is designed to bond with plastics where regular spray paint will tend to scratch and chip off.

I tried this with the defender case but would not work with the rubber outer piece. I used krylon fusion as well. Anyone know of something that will color the rubber part? Thanks in advance.
