I have recently kept root on my Razr M and was able to update to the latest version of 4.1.2 without any problems. Unfortunately recovery hasn't been working since I got the phone and after a restore neither is the google play store. RSD Lite also won't install on the PC I'm using so I'm basically screwed. This is the first time I actually don't know what to do. Any ideas?

Need way more info than that. What is the problem you're having? What are you trying to accomplish? If you just want to flash an FXZ use my house of moto. But you will lose root. You mention recovery... Are you bootloader unlocked?

I'm on 98.18.94 and the google play store isn't working at all.  It crashes a few seconds after the phone finishes booting. There no way to use the Play Store at all. I'm probably going to order a replacement as this phone is covered under warranty.

I have but it doesn't fix the play store at all.

I need another method for flashing it. Recovery is also broken.

So use my House of Moto like I mentioned earlier.  That'll reflash all the partitions.  If you had root, you won't when it's done.  And no way to get it back.

House of Moto worked. Thank God! Fastboot didn't work at first but RSD did.
