I'm stock and running .215..so, I'd have to root - but, this ,right make rooting worthwhile for me..

I am on the de-ox .215 but yes I can confirm this works.

I just use FoxFi app its free and works even if not rooted and its Free

This allows you to use the built in mobile hot spot. With out checking into verizon

didn't work for me
same here...worked fine running GB but since the ICS update this hack allows the Hotspot to start up and even allows a device to connect to the Hotspot, but it works very intermittently and when it does, it's dog slow.
Wish I could go back to GB.
