has anyone used this/confirmed that it works?

I'm stock and running .215..so, I'd have to root - but, this ,right make rooting worthwhile for me..

Let me know, thanks!

I love this hack, only thing I haven't been able to connect to is another phone. I gave my young son my old DX to use for playing games. House internet is slow so I used to turn on my hotspot and run my DX off my Razr hotspot. Since ICS I have not been successful in getting it to work. Everything else has connected fine.

FoxFi ..I believe I've posted long ago and it's ease of use without having to modify may be safer if not easier...But, where's the fun in that right? For anyone looking for a simple app in the market, this one has worked on all the devices I've tried it on..peace!

Instead of scrolling, all you need to do is search "check"and select entitlement. That's the same method used since the RAZR was released and on GBEdit- set filter after going into settings the second time and type check and change entitlement

same here...worked fine running GB but since the ICS update this hack allows the Hotspot to start up and even allows a device to connect to the Hotspot, but it works very intermittently and when it does, it's dog slow.

Wish I could go back to GB.
