Look up XPosed Framework, there are several modules that should do what you want, plus adding pie.

Ultimate dynamic navbar pro on the play store (the lite version may work, less customization):
Used in conjunction with xposed. You need to enable it's xposed module. Reboot, done!
Notification bar showing, navbar hidden. Swipe or tap trigger area and navbar appears.
