Well, got me a new razr.... updated to 4.0.4, rooted, Spyder ROM, blah blah blah.... I am no stranger to linux too.

So true story, and to make it short. I've looked everywhere for an undervolting script or edit-able file (the X and Evo, and all android as far as I can assume had a file with the clock speeds, and volatages to use with them the system used on boot, and during operation)... and can't seem to find one.

I don't need a utility, and found a few ICS overclocking things I might look into, but to keep it short again, what file can I edit to change the voltages for the 5 clock speeds the phone uses?

Oh, and btw, my battery life will be amazing once accessoryswamp.com gets the 3500 maH razr batteries in (easy to replace, and bigger than the maxx by 200 maH, and only costs $40), BUT, the lack of my ability to find the file (or even a utility if there is one yet) to set my own clock speeds and voltages bugs the hell out of me, as even in CDMA only and one cpu shut down at screen off, the battery drain is faster than i'd like.... so just to tweak it and please my nerd side....

Thanks in advance!

It worked perfectly for me with overclock & undervolt.

Super easy.... I flashed the two new files. Then created a script for my echo's for frequency and voltage based on some trial and error and had it run at boot so now I have a 1375 max frequency with 1390 mv on boot and have all other frequencies dropped by 25 mv each to undervolt. Yay.

Glad to hear it.
