There's simply not enough information here to help you. You said you reinstalled the driver. Does the phone get detected? If you run fastboot.exe devices when the phone is plugged into USB and in AP Fastboot mode, does it find it? Are you plugged into a USB2 rather than a USB3 port? (USB3 won't work). Are you using the original USB cable that came with the phone? Yes, it matters. Just too many unknowns for anyone to tell you what the problem is.

thats what it shows on my device manager as. but it is not showing up on rsd lite. it is USB 2. Windows 8. when i try to open fastboot.exe it automatically closes. it is original cable

it says Failed to hab check for boot: 0x56
Fast boot reason : boot failure
and it goes to AP fastboot automatically

So then you need to open a cmd prompt, and run: fastboot devices
That will show you what it sees.

Alright, well, this is a start. Now, what is the filename of the FXZ you're trying to flash? We're going to skip RSD and try something else. But I need to make sure you're flashing the right thing first.

Follow my directions EXACTLY. I suggesting reading these multiple times before doing it.
Download:
and
o) Extract your FXZ
o) In the same folder that contains boot.img, extract the SNAPDRAGON_FXZ_SUPPORT.zip file. It will add 3 folders to your extracted FXZ directory: Windows, Darwin, and Linux
o) Copy the FXZ-Flasher.jar to the same directory (the one that contains boot.img)
o) Run the FXZ-Flasher.jar. It's an executable java jar so it should just run if you have java installed.
o) Press the ... button and select the VRZ_XT907_9.8.1Q-94-1_CFC.xml file
o) Press the Flash KEEP DATA button
o) With your phone connected to USB and in AP Fastboot mode, press the Flash button on the screen that comes up
o) Wait until the window title says "Flash Complete"
o) Highlight the contents of the window with the mouse, then press control-c
o) Paste the results into this thread.

What the? That's all it showed? Hmmm, something isn't right. Damnit. Doesn't look like it executed the commands.

Copy all those commands and create a new runme.bat file. Paste it all into the bat file. Save it then run it. I don't know why it's not executing on your machine.
