Like shane said.... you NEED to charge your battery before you can flash again..... luckily you are "stuck on the droid eye" , and not in AP Fastboot....what that means to you is.......you should still be able to charge normally then try your flashing again ....... at this point, I would do a full flash, to get rid of any "creepy leftovers" that may be running around in your phone

Hey fellows, I'm just jumping into this, but a few hours ago I soft bricked my phone somehow. I tried everything that I could think of (such as that is) and everything Google could think of and no dice. BUT your magic .jar seems to have fixed it. Thanks so much for having giant brains =) Now its question time for i would like to know why my phone was being stupid. Fastboot did recognize the device as well as RSD lite but it kept kicking back the flash requests with a lack of permissions and my phone said something about lowered securities or something. I understand that this is all suitably vague but i guess that w/e happened, happens often enough that there is an executable for it. and the question, how does factory resetting a phone brick it? well soft brick cuse its still alive but w/e

If you are getting the "downgraded security" error in AP fastboot, then the FXZ that you used with RSDLite is older than the current firmware on your device ....... To remedy this,you will need to get the proper FXZ for it and run it thru RSDLite again
As far as factory resetting and soft bricking ..... Well that depends mostly on what "mods" you have made to the phone , corrupted partition(s), malware, etc.......
