my observations:
I had to install the app like any other and then move to system with app/system mover, it said not able to move beforehand.
when it is in system we run it and restart and then have to toggle gsm then any of the other options, but for me wifi has to be enabled or no data
I'm running the test 2 version flashed over the 7/30 one. most of the time reboot brings it up normally although a couple of times we had to run the connectivity again.

I almost wonder if the people who are connecting are in areas without any eHRPD transition networks and had fresh LTE towers installed. Because my phone always shows connected to eHRPD which to my understand was a system put in place to aid in converting from 3G to 4G, but some areas may have fresh 4G towers and thats why you can connect.

my phone shows its connected to ehrpd too and mine wont connect so i think thats the problem
