Here are two I have posted in the past and found them on a backup drive yesterday.

Just download these bootanimation.zip and place in data/local. Do not flash this file, it is not a flashable file. Do not unzip it... just place it in the data/local folder using a file explorer. Georgia Red Rage is a large bootanimation with over 330 images. But it will last almost perfect for a boot process and will finish as you are getting the vibrate that starts android. Hope y'all enjoy.

(Previews are very large high quality animated .gif's... give them a little time to fully load.)

Thanks! I tried the Georgia one and had to put it in system/media and it works well, although it's a bit small relative to the screen.

Quick question, do you use a program to make those into individual pictures or do you make them 1 by 1...? I've been wanting to take a clip from Regular Show and put it as a boot animation but when I do it jet lags for some reason. I'll be using the propaganda though!

Sometime this weekend I'll get around to setting a batch file to change the resolutions for these... what is the razr's native resolution anyway... will just be easier to ask than look up... lol.

The way I do mine is to create a short video in adobe after effects or sony vegas pro and render as an image sequence which makes an image out of every frame in the video. For me it was just easier to do it this way because I'm not patient enough to make them one by one lol.

I downloaded and installed the propoganda animation and now my phone wont show anything exept the last image for the boot after it boots up. I can still type my password in and unlock it but it just doesent show me my screen. I'm basically flying blind.
 Please help
