At ebay.com you'll get the kit, new pcb bracket INCLUDED for 119.95. I ordered mine 2 days ago, I'll see how I get along with the provided instructional video :ß
BTW:
The reason why I don't buy the cheap slap-on battery is this: If you let it slip and it falls down to the ground, the phone itself might survive, but if it somehow manages to hit the upper side, you'll get your usb-port damaged for sure. A clean conversion gets you around this and will let you use all sorts of custom gear for the maxx, including an otterbox case
