what app or program do you need to access and change the icons?

If you are using a replacement home launcher (ADWEX or Go launcher) you can change the icons from within their settings. All you would do is put the icons on your sdcard. I used to use better cut when I had my OG Droid to change icons on the stock launcher but that program is no longer on the market and I have not found a good replacement for it.

Thanks much, I actually got it figured out before your reply. I just needed to look further on your site, and found my answer on your Youtube posts. Up til this point the most complicated thing i have tackled was hacking a nintendo wii, so it would play movies. This is a great forum, and keep up the good work.

Hey no problem at all. I am glad that you were able to get it figured out. I have a thing where I like to make my computer look like my phone and Tha RAZR icons came in handy for this as well. I have spent so much money on his icons lol. They truly are among the best.
