I used to see a battery indicator/meter when my phone's charging and it's locked (stand by). I mean this: . Ya'll know what I'm talking about, the beautiful-animated-filling-up-while-charging thing. Well, I no longer see it when the phone is charging and it's locked Any ideas?

That's if the phone is off. Won't show up any other way.
